Swedish Havsfrida, built in 1972, is a 6m. GPR classic version of the famous doublended north sea "Colin Archer". Havsfrida has a beam of 2.20, draws 1.20, with a long lead keel. Desplacement 1.4 tones. She is a cutter with a long bowsprit and a self hurling genoa. The diesel engine is an outstanding 18 hp volvo penta in perfect condition with a compression release. Four berths and a full galley with many extras. This design has crossed the atlantic twice -7.500 € - ready to cruise. Now in dry storage in Soller, Mallorca.

| I have two 15 x 5 berths which I am looking to sell. The Palma berth is in Marina Port de Mallorca and expires 1st September 2013 with an option to extend at new rates for a further five years. So eight years in all.
I also have a berth on the mainland some one hundred and twenty miles away at Denia. The Marina de Denia berth expires February 2027, in 17 years time. The thinking behind these is that they are seven hours away from each other by powerboat so that I always have a berth in a very popular boating area and can go from one to the other non stop, or stop at Ibiza which is half way. I am asking Euros 100,000 for the Palma berth and Euros 215,000 for the Denia berth. They may be bought separately. |

Good sailing boat. Noa has crossed the North Atlantic 4 times and raced the Fastnet in the early 70s.
She's equipped with a brand new mainsail and five headsails, a 12kg CQR with 30m. chain, 30m line and a 10kg. flat anchor. Inside, there is a 2 burner propane stove, WC, chart table, 2 single bunks and a double one in the forehead, 100 litre freshwater tank, 40 litre diesel tank, GPS, VHF, 12v-110 inverter, depth sounder, barometer, clock, lifejackets x 6, 12v. solar panel, 7ft. zodiac. She was out of the water last year, sanded down to gel coat and repainted. She's very cheap to maintain and great fun to sail. British flag. |

The marina has 24/7 security and Marineros in attendance to help you moor, is accessed by electronic cards which also allow entry to the pontoons, toilets and showers. There is free car parking for berth holders.
The marina has all services, Travel lift, Hard standing, Chandlers, Boat repairs Sail makers etc. along with cafés bars, shop and a 4 star hotel.
Alcudia is within easy sailing of all the ports on the east of the island i.e. Port of Pollensa, C'an Picafort, Calla Rajada, Porto Cristo etc. and only 30 nautical miles from Minorca.
The port of Alcudia has a great sandy beach extending round the bay for about 10km along with good restaurants tapas bar, boutiques, other shops and hotels. There is a good bus service all over the island.
We are selling this mooring at a competitive price due to advancing age.
If any one is interested I have a Cruisers International 224 with 135hp Volvo Diesel engine. Fully equipped for living on board for short stays. Also in Alcudiamar. |
